What to Expect
Renovate your approach to optimal health.
At Pure Life Chiropractic Neurology, the first step is an initial consultation and thorough examination, conducted on your first visit. After scheduling an appointment, you are asked to print out and complete the New Patient Form , bringing the completed form with you on your first visit.
The more you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the better results you’ll enjoy.
First Visit: Initial Consultation & Thorough Examination
Your first visit runs 1 to 1.5 hours in length and includes an initial consultation followed by a thorough evaluation of your musculoskeletal, circulatory, respiratory, and nervous systems. Any necessary necessary blood testing and/or imaging such as an X-ray or MRI will be outlined immediately following the physical examination.
All information gathered during the consultation, examination, and (if necessary) imaging is evaluated and analyzed in order to determine the actual cause of your ailment, leading to a customized plan that addresses precise corrective treatment for your specific condition.
Second Visit: Root Cause Explanation & Treatment Plan
Your second visit runs approximately 45 minutes in length and we strongly recommend your spouse, family member, or close friend be present to accompany you in order for you to receive the results of the findings from your first visit.
During this visit, Dr. Borbón discusses with you both the cause of your condition and your personalized treatment plan, designed to elevate you to higher performance and physiological function. Your treatment plan also begins during this visit.
Third Visit & Beyond: Continued Treatment
Beginning with your third visit, each appointment will last between 10 and 15 minutes. You will spend each visit progressing through the customized treatment plan that was provided, explained and discussed thoroughly during your second visit. Your customized combination of treatments may include chiropractic adjustments, cold laser therapy, nutritional support, neurological tone balancing and biofeedback training, depending on your specific diagnosis.
A follow-up exam is performed toward the end of your treatment plan to objectively measure improvements. The timing for this follow-up exam is dependent upon your individual condition.
